Project ManagerLead the successful delivery of large, complex commercial construction projects from planning through completion. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders. Build and maintain long-term client and design partner relationships that generate repeat business opportunities. Guide clients through preconstruction activities, including planning, logistics, scheduling, and project execution strategies. Oversee project budgets, forecasting, contract administration, change orders, and financial performance. Lead Project Managers, Superintendents, and support staff to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Drive accountability, collaboration, and problem-solving across multiple project teams. Review and manage contracts while mitigating risk and protecting project profitability. Champion project safety by ensuring all teams develop and enforce project-specific safety plans. Mentor and develop emerging leaders while supporting career growth across the organisation. Represent the company professionally in client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
