Job Details

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead our concrete scope onsite at a new casino resort project in Coachella, owning project execution, vendor coordination, permanent material documentation, and monthly billings.

Responsibilities:
Manage the concrete scope onsite full time from mobilization through close-out
Own project budget, cost tracking, and forecasting to deliver the project on time and within budget
Oversee collection, tracking, and consolidation of all permanent material paperwork, including vendor invoices, delivery tickets, and material certifications
Prepare and manage monthly billings and pay applications in partnership with project leadership and accounting
Coordinate vendors, suppliers, superintendents, and field crews to keep materials and work flowing to schedule
Manage submittals, requests for information (RFI), change orders, and contract documentation
Maintain and update project schedules, tracking progress against milestones
Serve as a key point of contact for the general contractor and ownership representatives, providing regular updates and resolving issues proactively
Maintain organized project files, logs, and reporting for audit and billing purposes
Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications

Qualifications:
Construction project management experience, ideally with concrete, structural, or commercial projects
Proven experience managing budgets, progress billing, and pay applications
Strong knowledge of construction documentation, material tracking, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PDF management tools
Experience with construction project management or accounting software preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate vendors, field teams, and project stakeholders
Must reside in the Coachella Valley area, including Indio, Coachella, Palm Desert, or Cathedral City
Ability to work onsite full time
