Project ManagerManage projects from preconstruction through completion. Run your own projects and manage $10M-$25M of work annually. Own the client relationship and serve as the main point of contact. Work directly with Superintendents and trade Superintendents. Manage scheduling, budgets, contracts, RFIs, submittals and project closeout. Coordinate with self-perform crews across concrete, masonry, carpentry, excavation and demolition. Work on a mix of wastewater, schools, churches and commercial projects. Report directly to the VP of Construction. Proven Lead PM / Project Manager experience. Has independently run projects from precon through closeout. Comfortable managing $10M+ in annual project volume. Strong client-facing and communication skills. Commercial, institutional or municipal construction experience. Self-perform experience is a plus, not a requirement. Driven, adaptable and looking for a long-term home.
