• Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project costs, risk, quality, and schedule performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery.
• Drive successful project outcomes while meeting safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Support project closeout and turnover activities.

• Proven ability to manage projects in the $1M-$10M range.

• Base salary: Up to $140K
  Vehicle allowance: $600/month
  Discretionary annual bonus with historical payouts averaging ~10%
