GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a large, well-respected general contractor with a long-established Boise office serving advanced technology, healthcare, industrial, life science and multifamily clients. The company is adding a Project Manager - Commercial and Industrial Construction to its team in Boise, ID. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Experience across heavy industrial, commercial, healthcare, life science and/or multifamily projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced technology, clean room, healthcare and industrial projects
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own budget, schedule, buyout, change orders and monthly forecasting
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams
• Lead and mentor project engineers and APMs

Requirements

• Experience across heavy industrial, commercial, healthcare, life science and/or multifamily projects.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
