Description

Reporting to senior operational leadership, the Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of commercial construction projects ranging from approximately $5M to $30M in value. This Project Manager role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio and significant autonomy in managing project execution.

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Lead project planning, budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor management
  • Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates
  • Monitor project financials, contracts, change orders, and risk management activities
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
  • Support business growth through collaboration, leadership, and mentorship of team members

Profile

For the Project Manager position, we are seeking:

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience
  • Experience delivering projects within one or more of the following sectors: education, healthcare, industrial/manufacturing, commercial office, retail, defense, or institutional construction
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and financial controls
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders including owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Ability to travel regionally as required for project assignments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a desire for long-term career development
