Project Manager
Reporting to senior operational leadership, the Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of commercial construction projects ranging from approximately $5M to $30M in value. This Project Manager role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio and significant autonomy in managing project execution.
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Lead project planning, budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor management
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates
- Monitor project financials, contracts, change orders, and risk management activities
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Support business growth through collaboration, leadership, and mentorship of team members

For the Project Manager position, we are seeking:
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Experience delivering projects within one or more of the following sectors: education, healthcare, industrial/manufacturing, commercial office, retail, defense, or institutional construction
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and financial controls
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders including owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
- Ability to travel regionally as required for project assignments
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a desire for long-term career development
