Commercial Construction Project Manager

Job Description

  • Manage commercial construction projects from award through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners.
  • Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and submittals.
  • Oversee procurement and material deliveries.
  • Manage RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Monitor project costs, forecasting, and financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations.
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Mentor project engineers and support field teams as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Commercial construction project management experience in TI, Retail, Banking / Financial Institutions, Distribution & Warehouse Facilities, Hospitality, Hotels, Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Convenience Stores / Gas Stations
  • Experience with one or more of the preferred project sectors listed above.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and scheduling.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
