Description
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects, and project stakeholders
- Review contracts, plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and leadership
- Identify and resolve project risks, scheduling issues, and cost concerns
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Support estimating and preconstruction activities when required
Profile
- Commercial construction project management experience
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of project schedules, budgets, contracts, and subcontractor management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with clients and project teams
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
