Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee construction projects within the business services industry, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications and coordinating teams and resources to meet project goals.

Description

• Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth project operations.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Manage project budgets and control costs to maximize efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.

Profile

• Previous experience as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager ready to progress, or in a similar role within commercial construction.
• Demonstrated experience working for a general contractor on commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency with construction project management software and standard business applications.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with a commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
