Job Description

Manage projects from preconstruction through completion and turnover.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.

Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.

Manage subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration.

Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication with project stakeholders.

Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and schedule performance.

Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.

Work closely with the Superintendent to coordinate field operations.

Identify potential risks and develop solutions to keep projects moving forward.

Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Lead project closeout and turnover activities.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience managing multifamily construction projects.

Experience with ground-up construction is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost management.

Ability to manage multiple project stakeholders and subcontractors effectively.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with construction project management software such as Procore is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required based on experience.
