A relevant construction, engineering, or project management qualification is desirable, alongside a strong understanding of site operations and project delivery.

• Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction planning through to completion and handover.
• Develop and monitor project programmes, budgets, resources, and procurement schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Monitor project costs, identify commercial risks, and implement measures to maintain profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, quality standards, contractual obligations, and relevant regulations.
