Project Manager

Project Manager | $80,000 - $90,000/year + plus benefits

Experience & Skills:

• 2+ years of Construction Management experience (required)

• 2+ years of Construction field experience (required)

• Hands-on experience with exterior projects (roofing, siding, windows, gutters, doors, etc)

• Strong communication skills written and verbal

Responsibilities:

• Schedule crews, team members (field supervisors), and customers for exterior projects (roofing, siding, windows, gutters, doors, etc)

• Create detailed and accurate material / labor orders and change orders

• Complete job review checklists to ensure all work is installed in accordance with contract documents

• Resolve customer issues and construction issues on-site and in-office

• Such other duties as determined by management of the Company at its discretion

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to climb ladders, work at heights up to 3 stories

• Standing and walking on roofs

• Lift up to 75 pounds
