Job Description

Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish. Ensure project timelines and budgets are met while maintaining quality standards. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation. Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site. Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have: Experience managing construction projects from inception to completion. Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage teams effectively. Knowledge of project management tools and software. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Understanding of construction safety standards and compliance requirements. Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts efficiently.
