You will join a team that values accountability, professional growth, and long-term career development.Job DescriptionThe project manager will report into senior leadership and take full ownership of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.Lead project planning, documentation, and execution across multiple jobsReview contracts and drawings to ensure alignment with scope and requirementsManage subcontractor buyout, negotiations, and contract administrationOwn project financials including cost tracking, forecasts, and margin performancePrepare monthly reports, cost projections, and owner pay applicationsOversee schedules in collaboration with superintendents to ensure timely deliveryManage change orders, compliance, safety, and quality control processesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
