Description
Manage construction projects from start to finish with a focus on timelines and cost control
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
Lead regular project meetings and provide updates to leadership
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Oversee procurement processes and subcontractor agreements
Profile
Proven experience managing commercial construction projects
Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and project controls
Experience working with subcontractors and coordinating cross-functional teams
Familiarity with construction management software and tools
