Construction Project ManagerTake ownership of high-impact construction projects from start to finish. High profile commercial projects.Job DescriptionPlan, schedule, and oversee all phases of construction projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project budgets and timelines, addressing any deviations promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
