Project Manager - Concrete Construction

Our client is a respected concrete construction contractor with decades of success delivering structural and site concrete solutions across a diverse range of commercial and residential developments. The Project Manager will report to senior operations leadership and be responsible for managing multiple concrete construction projects while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.

  • Review estimates, contracts, drawings, and project scopes to ensure successful execution.
  • Act as the primary client liaison, managing requests for information, project correspondence, and issue resolution.
  • Lead pre-construction, installation, closeout, and project review meetings.
  • Monitor submittals, procurement activities, material deliveries, and project logistics.
  • Partner with Superintendents to oversee schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation.
  • Manage change orders, field revisions, and contract modifications while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Support quality control, risk mitigation efforts, warranty work, and post-project customer service activities.

For the Project Manager - Concrete Construction we are seeking:

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience within concrete or commercial construction.
  • Experience managing commercial concrete projects; residential concrete experience is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of contracts, project schedules, budgeting, procurement, and change order management.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience reviewing construction drawings and project documentation.
  • Familiarity with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
