Responsibilities

• Manage CMAR and design-build projects from early design through closeout
• Help develop GMPs, budgets, and value-engineering options with preconstruction
• Coordinate design teams, owners, and trade partners
• Lead buyout, scheduling, and cost control
• Drive quality, safety, and owner satisfaction on every job

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial project management
• CMAR, design-build, or GMP experience preferred
• Comfort working with owners and designers during preconstruction
• Strong financial and contract management skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office proficiency
