Project Manager

Job Description

Manage construction project plans from initiation to completion. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Oversee resource allocation and team performance. Prepare and present project updates to clients and senior management. Address and resolve project-related issues promptly. Work closely with vendors and contractors to ensure quality outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have: Experience managing construction projects within the business services industry. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Knowledge of construction safety and regulatory standards. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
