Description
Commercial Construction Project Manager
A well-established general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex commercial construction projects across multiple sectors. The organization offers a collaborative, team-oriented environment where Project Managers are given meaningful responsibility, supported by experienced leadership, and encouraged to build long-term careers within the business.
Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams
Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Manage client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor project costs, quality, safety, and schedule performance
Lead project meetings and maintain accurate project documentation
Identify and resolve project issues to keep work progressing on schedule

Project Management experience within commercial construction
Managed projects from preconstruction through completion.
Oversee subcontractors, budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and client relationships
Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, contracts, safety, and quality control.
Experience managing projects in the $5M-$50M+ range
$110,000-$130,000 base salary
