This role is perfect for someone with HVAC/Boiler or Combined Cycle knowledge, strong organizational skills, and a drive to deliver excellence.What You'll Do:

Own the after-commitment process for all assigned orders- prepare the necessary documents for order entry, submittal generation, and approval to post sales assistance and support.Track and manage projects, ensuring smooth execution and start-up schedulingCoordinate with our Technical Support Advisors to assist with post-sales technical inquiriesMaintain organized and up-to-date project and submittal filesProvide outstanding customer service by proactively addressing inquiries and resolving issuesOccasionally attend job site meetings to ensure project successAssist with reporting, order tracking, and other key project tasks

What We're Looking For:Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with submittals and HVAC/Boiler or Combined Cycle knowledge Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred, but not required Skills & Traits:

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailExcellent communication and relationship management skillsAbility to manage time effectively and juggle multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteA customer-first attitude with a proactive mindset
