Commercial Construction Project Manager

Job Description

Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of construction projects. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure efficient resource allocation. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with safety standards. Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success. Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications. Foster strong relationships with clients and team members to ensure collaboration.

The Successful Applicant

Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation. Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and safety. Identify and resolve project issues to keep work progressing on schedule and within budget.
