Description
- Plan, schedule, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage project budgets and ensure costs stay within the allocated resources.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead and guide project teams to achieve project objectives effectively.
- Resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor.
- Essential estimating and pre-construction experience.
- Experience delivering projects across a combination of Industrial, Manufacturing, Warehouse & Distribution, Restaurant / Hospitality, Office, and Education projects
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and project delivery.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office.
