• Manage commercial and multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and change orders
• Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Lead project meetings with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
• Monitor project costs and identify potential risks or issues
• Work closely with field leadership to coordinate day-to-day project execution
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
• Drive quality, safety, schedule, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage project closeout, turnover, and final documentation

• Proven experience managing multifamily and commercial construction projects
• Experience with ground-up construction strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, scheduling, and subcontractor management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore and/or similar platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required
