Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to support CIA initiatives in a fast-paced medical device environment. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities, along with experience in packaging and labeling systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management activities (planning, execution, tracking, and delivery).
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables using tools like MS Project and Excel.
- Perform data analysis and reporting using Power BI and other tools.
- Support workstreams involving MDT systems, packaging, labeling (Loftware), and LMD/SAP environments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 7+ years of project management experience in a regulated industry.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Solid understanding of medical device technologies, systems, and processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Healthcare (MDT) systems.
- Knowledge of packaging, labeling systems (Loftware), and LMD/SAP.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
