Our client is a long‑standing Chicagoland builder that has grown into a $300M+ general contractor by prioritizing strong relationships and focusing on work they can execute at a high level. They are strategic in the projects they pursue, maintain loyal repeat clients, and operate with well‑structured, collaborative project teams. The company is financially solid and well‑established, with annual revenue nearing $400M and a strong reputation throughout the Indianapolis market. All of their work is local to Chicago and nearby communities. Their typical projects range from $20M to $50M, with an intentional push toward larger $100M+ opportunities.

Description

Glimpse of your role:

• Lead large scale commercial, healthcare & education ground up projects from inception through completion
• Report directly into the Director & President of Construction
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
• Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
• Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement
• Deliver projects ranging from $$20M+ within a strong, $500M+ pipeline

Profile

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction.
• Proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients.
• Skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.

Job Offer

• Base salary: $125-150K, based upon experience
• All in package: $170k+
