    In this role, you will:

    • Drive PMO processes across a large, enterprise-wide transformation program.
    • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, and key milestones.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams, dependencies, and project governance activities.
    • Facilitate program status reporting, executive updates, and stakeholder communications.
    • Track and manage risks, issues, decisions, and action items.
    • Support Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
    • Monitor program performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reporting metrics.
    • Ensure project deliverables remain aligned with business objectives and timelines
    • Drive continuous improvement and PMO best practices across the program.

    Who You Are:

    • 6 + years of Project Management, Program Management, or PMO experience.
    • Experience supporting large-scale business transformation, modernization, or enterprise initiatives.
    • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methods.
    • Proven ability to manage complex project plans, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
    • Experience developing executive-level presentations, dashboards, and status reports.
    • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple business and technology teams.
