A well-established, privately held national general contractor and construction management firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a construction professional who excels at managing client relationships, project financials, subcontractor relationships, schedules, and high-performing project teams.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience delivering retail, commercial interiors, tenant improvement, renovation, or ground-up retail projects, particularly in environments involving occupied facilities, phased construction, accelerated schedules, or active customer-facing operations.

Glimpse of your role:

• Manage all phases of commercial and retail construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of necessary materials and resources.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure quality control.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and performance.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $115,000-$135,000, depending on factors such as location, transferable skills, experience, certifications, business needs, internal equity, and market conditions.
