Lead Commercial Construction Projects

Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout. Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers to ensure project success. Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality goals. Coordinate and oversee both ground-up and renovation projects. Drive client satisfaction and cultivate opportunities for repeat business. Ensure effective communication across all project participants.

Must-Have Qualifications: 4+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction. Experience managing multiple projects concurrently. Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills. Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems in fast-paced environments. Highly motivated, self-driven personality with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Experience: Experience with Class A office, corporate interiors, institutional, medical office, or light commercial projects. Background managing both ground-up and renovation/upfit projects. Experience leading and mentoring project support staff.
