Summary:
Oversees the delivery of business-focused projects by managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring solutions align with functional requirements and organizational goals.

Strong knowledge of the Fixed Income Derivatives business, including Interest Rate Derivatives, FX, and hedging & funding products (e.g. Repo, Options, Futures, Treasury). The role will support *** America's growth by executing strategic projects in areas such as electronic algorithmic trading, multi-dealer platforms, regulatory capital, market risk, counterparty credit risk, XVA, trade capture and derivative trade lifecycle, margin and collateral, regulatory reporting, product control, client onboarding, legal agreements, settlement, payments, central clearing, accounting, general ledger, compliance, technology foundation upgrades, and front-to-back integration of new products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Translate business requirements into actionable plans and coordinate with IT, operations, or other departments.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executives.
• Ensure functional requirements are met through collaboration with subject matter experts and business analysts.
• Oversee testing, training, and change management activities related to project rollout.

Skills:

• Proven experience managing functional or business-side projects.
• Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and functional system requirements.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
• Experience with scaled Agile delivery is required.
