    Description

    Siteworks, LLC has an immediate need for a Project Manager with grading/public utilities/concrete/asphalt paving experience. The Project Manager works closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Subcontractor and others on his/her team. The successful candidate shall have experience with project contracts and administration. Strong leadership and management skills overseeing a civil site construction team.
     
    Responsibilities:
    • Understands submittals, RFI, change orders, meeting minutes, budget revisions, and job closeout.
    • Managing, coordinating, and supervising subcontractors, vendors, and personnel to ensure the work is completed on time, within budget.
    • Review crew timecards, daily construction reports, equipment logs, daily and weekly safety inspections, weekly safety meetings.
    • Work with crews in the field – know the fundamentals of Siteworks and self-performed work, answer crew questions, guide crews to help them meet established deadlines.
    • Attend weekly scheduling meetings with project management and Superintendents.
    • Adhere to Siteworks quality & safety standards and client satisfaction.
    Qualifications & Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from a 4-year college, or 5-8 years of related commercial construction industry experience.
    • Must have the ability to meet time sensitive deadlines
    • Must have extensive knowledge in the day-to-day execution for their assigned project(s)
    • Ability to negotiate issues to a conclusion.
    • Work well under pressure in a high pace environment and work as an effective team player.
    • The qualified candidate must have strong communication skills, be organized and detail oriented.
    • DOT and Public work experience, a plus.
