This is an opportunity to take full ownership of a high-visibility multifamily project in Charlotte and drive it from active construction through completion. You'll be trusted to make decisions, lead stakeholders, and deliver a project that will become a defining addition to the local market.

Description

  • Plan and manage all phases of multifamily construction projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project progress and address any delays or challenges.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and resolve on-site issues.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Report project status and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Charlotte Multifamily should have:
