We are seeking a Project Manager to support the successful delivery of a $30M life sciences manufacturing project in the Morrisville, NC area. Description
- Lead project execution from preconstruction through closeout on a complex life sciences manufacturing project.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and client relationships.
- Coordinate with field teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee MEP coordination and technical project requirements throughout construction.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive project performance, quality, and profitability.
- Support design-build processes and contribute to value engineering initiatives where applicable.
- Utilize project management technology platforms to track documentation, schedules, and project progress.
- Mentor junior team members and help foster a high-performance project culture.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards.

Profile
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction project management experience.
- Experience delivering life sciences, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or other highly technical construction projects.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Preferred Experience
- Design-build project experience.
- Background with leading ENR-ranked general contractors.
- Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, or similar project management software.
- Demonstrated success mentoring project teams and developing others.
