Job Description

Lead project execution from preconstruction through closeout on a complex life sciences manufacturing project. Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and client relationships. Coordinate with field teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Oversee MEP coordination and technical project requirements throughout construction. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive project performance, quality, and profitability. Support design-build processes and contribute to value engineering initiatives where applicable. Utilize project management technology platforms to track documentation, schedules, and project progress. Mentor junior team members and help foster a high-performance project culture. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards.

The Successful Applicant

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience delivering life sciences, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or other highly technical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Design-build project experience.
• Background with leading ENR-ranked general contractors.
• Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, or similar project management software.
• Demonstrated success mentoring project teams and developing others.
