Description

Job Title

Lead commercial, retail, hospitality, and wood-frame construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, procurement activities, and project documentation.

Coordinate with field teams, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Oversee project financial, change orders, forecasting, and cost control efforts.

Maintain clear communication with leadership and project teams throughout all phases of construction.

Utilize Bluebeam, Timberline, and other project management tools to support project delivery.

Identify and proactively resolve project challenges while maintaining quality, schedule, and safety standards.

Travel to project sites as needed, with company-provided travel accommodations and support.

Foster a collaborative working environment between office and field personnel.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with client expectations.

The Successful Applicant

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction, or extensive Assistant Project Manager experience with demonstrated readiness to step into a PM role.
  • Experience working on wood-frame multifamily and/or hotel construction projects.
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam and Timberline software.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to independently manage projects while coordinating effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience managing ground-up hospitality projects.
  • Background in retail and commercial construction.
  • Experience overseeing projects across multiple geographic locations.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with field and office teams.
