Commercial Construction Project Manager

Job Description

Plan and manage all phases of commercial construction projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project budgets and schedules, taking corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment for construction projects. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have: Proven experience in commercial construction project management. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage budgets and project timelines effectively. Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and teams. Proficiency in project management tools and software. A relevant degree or certification in construction management or a related field.
