Description

  • Plan and manage all phases of commercial construction projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules, taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and equipment for construction projects.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.

Job Offer

Salary: $100,000 - $160,000+ DOE
