Project Manager - Charleston Ground-Up Construction

Job Description
- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of ground-up construction projects in Charleston.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimize project outcomes.
- Oversee project closeout, ensuring all deliverables and documentation are completed.
