Job Title: Project Manager Change Management
Location: Irvine, CA (5 Days onsite)
Rate range $75/hr on C2C (All Inclusive)

JD:- Strong experience in Project Manager Change Management
- Experience working on Oracle ERP implementations
- Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion
- Lead end-to-end change management initiatives across projects and programs
- Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and roadmaps
- Perform impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
- Drive communication plans to ensure awareness and alignment across all levels
- Manage resistance to change and ensure stakeholder buy-in
- Collaborate with business, IT, HR, and leadership teams
- Define and track change success metrics (adoption, usage, satisfaction)
- Conduct training needs analysis and ensure effective training delivery
- Integrate change management activities into overall project lifecycle
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with organizational change frameworks and governance
Key Skills & Competencies- Strong knowledge of Change Management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR Model, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience in organizational transformation / digital transformation projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- MBA preferred
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci Change Management Certification) is a plus
- Project Management certification such as PMP Certification or PRINCE2 Certification preferred
