Client: Well established roofing contractor specializing in commercial roofing projects throughout Iowa.

Job Info: Lead and manage all phases of large commercial roofing projects, from the initial estimate through to completion. Responsibilities include overseeing on-site safety and compliance, reviewing project plans, estimates, and contract documents, and maintaining project schedules while resolving any issues that arise. This position requires you to have great communication skills to actively talk and update customers while maintaining a strong relationship with them.

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in Project Management within commercial roofing.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems and manufacturers.
• Proven ability to manage crews and superintendents across large-scale projects.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
