You will collaborate with cross functional teams to streamline operations and improve system reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker.
• Automate deployment processes and manage infrastructure as code.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in real time.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of new features.
• Implement best practices for security, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Conduct regular system audits and maintain documentation for processes and configurations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our DevOps practices.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in CI/CD processes, specifically with Jenkins.
• Proficient in containerization technologies, particularly Docker.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Kubernetes or other orchestration tools.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.
• Experience with database management and optimization.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and security protocols.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering roles.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast paced environment.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
