If you are a results-driven Construction Project Manager with experience in commercial construction, we encourage you to apply and join our team.Job DescriptionProject Planning & ExecutionLead the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of multiple commercial construction projects.Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones.Coordinate preconstruction activities, including estimating, bidding, procurement, and contract negotiations.Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.Budget & Cost ControlDevelop and manage project budgets, including cost forecasting and financial reporting.Monitor project expenses, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with contract requirements.Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to optimize expenditures.Construction Oversight & Quality ControlSupervise on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to maintain workflow efficiency.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.Address any construction issues or unforeseen conditions with prompt and effective solutions.Safety & ComplianceEnforce compliance with OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.Conduct safety meetings and ensure that all workers are trained on job site safety procedures.Work closely with inspectors, permitting agencies, and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
