What You'll Do
Manage residential interior and exterior painting projects end-to-end
Communicate proactively with homeowners — no surprises, no dropped balls
Keep subcontractor crews aligned to Dino's quality, cleanliness, and timeline standards
Lead walk-throughs, punch lists, and final sign-offs on every job
Own the production schedule and push jobs forward daily
Keep job documentation clean and current in our management tools
Compensation
Base + commission — your effort drives your paycheck
Spiffs available for delivering an exceptional client experience
Compensation:
$51,200 - $81,400 yearly
Responsibilities:
Run residential interior and exterior painting projects from start to finish.
Set clear expectations with homeowners and keep communication tight.
Hold subcontractor crews accountable to Dino’s standards—quality, cleanliness, timelines.
Solve problems on-site fast so jobs never stall.
Perform walk-throughs, punch lists, and approvals with discipline.
Document everything cleanly in our job management tools.
Qualifications:
Strong leadership presence—crews follow your direction the first time.
Clean driving record.
Tech-capable with scheduling software, apps, photos, and documentation.
Detail-driven, organized, and consistent.
Available to work evenings and weekends, especially in the busy season. (April - September)
