Title: Project Manager, Business Process & Transformation
Location: Dallas/Irving TX, also open to fully remote candidates in CST
Pay Rate: $35-$40/Hour
Shift: Monday - Friday 9 AM- 5 PM CST
Duration: 0-3+ months with possibility of extension (not guaranteed)
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide temporary coverage during a Leave of Absence. This role will lead multiple cross-functional business and operational initiatives across Data Operations, partnering with business, technology, analytics, and operational teams to improve processes, drive automation, enhance reporting capabilities, and ensure successful delivery of strategic projects.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, capable of managing multiple concurrent initiatives, and comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels. Strong skills in stakeholder management, process improvement, dashboarding, and operational reporting are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and status reporting.
• Coordinate activities across business, operations, product, technology, and vendor teams.
• Facilitate project meetings and drive accountability for deliverables.
• Track project budgets, resource requirements, and overall project health.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
• Analyze current-state business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate process mapping and workflow documentation sessions.
• Develop recommendations to improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and customer outcomes.
• Support Lean, continuous improvement, and automation initiatives.
Reporting & Performance Management
• Design and maintain operational dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with business leaders to define meaningful performance measures.
• Translate operational data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with executive-ready reporting.
Automation & Digital Transformation
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation and process digitization.
• Partner with technology teams to implement process enhancements.
• Support AI-enabled and analytics-driven improvement initiatives.
• Drive adoption of automated reporting and monitoring solutions.
Stakeholder Management
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Communicate project progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Present recommendations and project updates to senior leadership.
• Build alignment across cross-functional teams and business units.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading business process improvement or transformation projects.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing executive presentations and status reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Preferred Qualifications
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or related certification.
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting platforms.
• Experience supporting operations, data management, or shared services organizations.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, workflow optimization, and dashboard development.
• Experience partnering with global and offshore teams.

• Successfully assumes ownership of active projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Maintains project delivery timelines without business disruption.
• Provides clear executive-level status reporting and project governance.
• Identifies and implements at least 2-3 process improvement opportunities.
