Project Manager, Business Operations

Company Description Platinum Commerce is one of the fastest growing social commerce agencies that represents leading brands like Vitamix and Samsung on TikTok Shop. We are a full-service, end-to-end partner that helps brands grow on leading marketplaces such as TikTok Shop, Walmart, eBay, and Target+. We're headquartered a block away from Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, California, where we operate 9+ live studios that run close to 24/7.

Role Description We're seeking a Project Manager, Business Operations to work directly with the executive team and own the day-to-day work that keeps the agency moving. This on-site Beverly Hills role is deliberately broad: you'll build brand-facing decks and documentation, run our outbound and CRM operations, handle partner and vendor correspondence, coordinate across our live studios and marketplace channels, and chase the open items that stall between teams until they're closed. The job swings from strategic to administrative in the same afternoon, and the person who thrives here is energized by that range rather than looking for a single lane. If you're the one people hand things to because they know it'll actually get done, this is your role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, account coordination, executive support, or agency services, ideally in ecommerce or digital marketing.
• \n
• You've run a high volume of unrelated tasks at once and nothing went quiet. You can explain the system you used to keep it that way.
• \n
• Experience building client-facing materials: pitch decks, reports, documentation.
• \n
• You use AI tools daily.
• \n
• You pick up new software fast. CRMs, spreadsheets, marketplace seller centers, project tools; nobody is going to train you on each one.
• \n
• You're proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, AI Tools like Claude Code or ChatGPT.
• \n
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift with the business.
• \n
• Able to work on-site in Beverly Hills.

Compensation & Benefits

• $55,000-$85,000 base salary, depending on experience.
