    Project Manager/Business Analyst


    Position Overview

    We are seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to support technology initiatives within financial services and enterprise IT environments. This role will manage Agile delivery, gather business requirements, coordinate development teams, and serve as a key liaison between business and technology stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead Agile ceremonies, coordinate development activities, and track project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
    • Gather and document business requirements, develop user stories, and coordinate user acceptance testing.
    • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to communicate status, manage expectations, and drive delivery.
    • Support internal applications, financial systems, and regulatory reporting initiatives.
    • Maintain project documentation and reporting using Jira, Confluence, Clarity, or similar tools.
    • Identify risks and issues, recommend solutions, and drive resolution.
    • Use SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools to support requirements, troubleshooting, and reporting.
    • Leverage approved AI and automation tools to improve delivery and operational efficiency.

    Qualifications & Key Requirements
    • 7 years of experience in banking, financial services technology, or a related enterprise environment.
    • Strong Project Management and Business Analysis experience, preferably supporting financial or regulatory functions.
    • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Rally, Confluence, or similar tools.
    • Experience with project management tools such as Clarity or Microsoft Project.
    • Strong requirements gathering, UAT, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
    • Experience supporting geographically distributed teams.
    • Working knowledge of financial and regulatory reporting.
    • Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and data analysis.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Knowledge of financial products, hedging, derivatives, or regulatory reporting.
    • Familiarity with financial systems, cloud reporting platforms, budgeting, or AI tools.
