Location : Baltimore MD-Need to work from office 3 Days a week
Duration : 6 months + possible extension
Rate Range: $50- $53/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong background in business analysis to join our team. This role involves managing change within the bank's book of work and requires expertise in capital markets, particularly in investment banking or wealth management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Business Analyst coupled with project management skillset.
• Experience in Capital Markets, preferably in Investment Banking or Wealth Management.
• Understanding of F2B processes (Trading, corporate actions, Settlements, and reconciliation).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology.
• Project Management and Test Management expertise.
• Ability to analyze Business, Functional, and Non-functional Requirements.
• Experience in translating high-level business goals into detailed business requirements documents.
• Proficiency in documenting artifacts like BRDs, User Stories, Business/Process Workflows, Gap Assessment, and Risk Assessment.
• Experience in working closely with stakeholders like Product Owners, Application Owners, Technology, Operations, and Cross Functional Teams.
• Project Planning, Test Strategy, and Test Estimation skills.
• Hands-on experience in Jira, PowerPoint, Excel, and BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, or Qlikview.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• GenAI application using Co-Pilot.
• Work experience with large banks like Client, Brokerage, Charles Schwab, or similar.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage change within the bank's book of work as a Business Analyst with project management skills.
• Interact with business users and stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business problems, opportunities, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate project planning, test strategy, and test estimation activities.
