Classification: Exempt, Salaried
Reports to: Senior PM
Summary:
The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing all phases of construction projects. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage diverse teams and ensure project success from initiation through completion.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Position every project for Owner and Company success
Collaborate with the Preconstruction Team for constructability and budget reviews
Develop schedules and cost-effective plans during Preconstruction and Construction
Originate all Subcontracts and Purchase Orders according to company standards
Coordinate and schedule the work activities of tradespeople, professionals, and laborers
Regularly inspect work for quality and timeliness; provide progress reports to Owners and Architects
Proficient in Procore Construction Management software
Ensure accurate cost management and CTC reporting
Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, Attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with specifications, zoning requirements, and regulations
Involvement in the Sales process and attendance at RFQs, interviews, and Owner meetings
Assist with the Bobbitt Project Close-out Process
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Site safety standards and trade contractor compliance consistently upheld
Documentation, RFIs, and quality reviews completed accurately and on time
Project milestones and schedule commitments consistently met
Budget, PCOs, and cash flow tracked accurately
Strong, transparent relationships maintained with clients and trade partners
Closeout milestones (punchlist, C of O, financial closeout) completed on schedule
Required Knowledge, Experience & Competencies:
Valid Driver's License
OSHA 10
Safety certifications as required
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Construction Management, or related field experience
Project Management experience
Proficient in creating project schedules
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Ability to handle submittals (and logs), RFIs (and logs), and PCOs (and logs)
Experience running efficient Owner-Architect-Client meetings
Computer literacy
Displays a positive, go-getter attitude
Good time management
Preferred Knowledge, Experience & Competencies:
OSHA 30
Mentorship skills
Quick problem-solving skills
Work format:
This position requires team collaboration and presence at in-person meetings and is best suited to a traditional work schedule. Occasional remote work is acceptable.
Travel requirements:
Occasional travel (10-15%) to meetings and events within 150-mile radius of office
Occasional travel to various job site locations as needed for photography or milestone events
Physical requirements:
Ability to lift 75 lbs. as needed
Ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods of time
Ability to see well (naturally or with correction)
