    Description

    As a Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of cross-functional medical device projects from concept through implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions in manufacturing and R&D operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead cross-functional projects with stakeholders across Manufacturing, Marketing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations.
    • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
    • Align project objectives closely with corporate business goals in partnership with leadership.
    • Drive accountability and execution to ensure multiple projects remain on track.
    • Facilitate project governance, transparent status reporting, and clear communications.
    • Monitor project performance continuously and implement corrective actions as needed.

    Qualifications & Skills

    Must-Have (Required)

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
    • Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
    • Experience: 3 to 5 years of project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
    • Technical Skills: Demonstrated success managing project scope, schedules, resources, and risks within Manufacturing and/or R&D organizations.
    • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills; ability to establish clear, actionable plans and handle contending priorities.

    Nice-to-Have (Preferred)

    • Experience working within PMO environments.
    • Technical background with a solid understanding of medical device manufacturing.
    • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, drive action, and work under minimum supervision.
    • Knowledge of relevant industry standards (ISO, FDA, etc.).
    • Flexibility for up to 10% travel.
